The Equalex Employer Charter is a commitment-driven initiative designed to support organisations of all sectors and sizes to engage with future talent in Central London education institutions. Predicated on the CEC’s Equalex framework, members are supported to access at least one day’s worth of activity in the academic year, and receive access to networking, CPD and staff training.
The Charter Commitment:
-
Commit to providing high-quality work experience activity:
Contribute to the Government’s vision of ensuring every young person completed two weeks’ worth of work experience, by committing at least one day per year to activities aligned with the principles of the Careers and Enterprise Company’s Equalex framework.

Promote equity by ensuring access to opportunity to young people from all backgrounds, including those who face barriers to employment.
