About Us

Vision & Values

At the Central London Careers hub our vision is that every learner will leave education knowing how their skills, talents and interests can best align with the working world. We strive to ensure educators and employers, alike, feel empowered to bring young people into professional industries through forging pathways that are fair, equitable and informed, while continuously nurturing long-standing and mutually beneficial connections between employers and educators.

Our Approach

The Central London Careers Hub is a centre of excellence, helping schools and colleges to develop a cohesive, connected and progressive careers programme.

We do this by ensuring that the worlds of education and employment are connected, allowing learners to progress from education into employability with the required skills and knowledge necessary to carving out a fulfilled and impactful career path.

The Careers Hub also aim to improve social mobility and access to opportunity for young people when progressing from education to work.

The Careers Hubs are a national initiative funded in London by the Careers & Enterprise Company, and Greater London Authority.

They contain local secondary schools/colleges, SEND and Alternative Provision settings, Local Enterprise Partnership, businesses, Cornerstone Employers and careers providers.
